3.1 Personal identification and contact information. When you complete a form on this website (for example to download our planning pack or to make an enquiry) we collect your name, school or organisation, email address and telephone number, together with details about your trip such as year group, approximate group size, preferred dates, trip type and any message you send us. For bookings, children's names and ages may be collected separately where needed for activities. Payment information, where taken, is handled by our payment processors and we do not store full card details.
3.2 Website / online information. We may collect technical information such as your IP address, device type, browser type, operating system and referring URL, and information about how you use the site (pages visited, time spent and links clicked).
3.3 Communications & preferences. We record your preferences about receiving marketing communications, and we keep correspondence you send us by email, web form or telephone — including enquiries, feedback or complaints.
3.4 Other data. Special category data such as allergies, dietary needs or accessibility requirements may be collected when planning a visit or booking. CCTV and video footage may be captured on site for safety and security purposes under an appropriate lawful basis.

Our activities are designed for school groups and may involve children. The forms on this website are intended to be completed by teachers, staff and trip organisers rather than children. Where we process children's personal data (for example as part of a booking) we take extra care and ensure we have an appropriate lawful basis and parental/guardian or school consent where required.
